Requirement

1. Recruitment Consultant (1-5 years of experience)
2. Quality Consultant (1-5 years of experience)
3. Team Lead (More than 5 years of experience with at least
 1 year in leading a team)
4. Client Lead (Experience of handling client mandates end
  to end)

Responsiblity

• Responsible for sourcing CVs as per mandates using all the headhunting tools & job Portals
• To manage the entire recruitment cycle, responsible for requirement fulfillment & delivery
• Initial screening of candidate’s profile for communication skills & Technical knowledge.
• Responsible for collating shortlisting from client HR.
• Candidate co-ordination for Scheduling and Line up of candidates for Face 2 Face/Skype/Telephonic/VC interviews.
• Maintaining records/ status report of the interview campaign handled.
• Coordinating with the concerned department for the follow up on deployment of candidate.
