4. Client Lead (Experience of handling client mandates end
to end)
Responsiblity
- Responsible for sourcing CVs as per mandates using all the headhunting tools & job Portals
- To manage the entire recruitment cycle, responsible for requirement fulfillment & delivery
- Initial screening of candidate’s profile for communication skills & Technical knowledge.
- Responsible for collating shortlisting from client HR.
- Candidate co-ordination for Scheduling and Line up of candidates for
Face 2 Face/Skype/Telephonic/VC interviews.
- Maintaining records/ status report of the interview campaign handled.
- Coordinating with the concerned department for the follow up on deployment
of candidate.
